Il Bed & Breakfast N°3

We completely renovated N.3, our B & B, and celebrated our Grand Opening in April 2009.

N° 3 is an historical building located in the heart of Cagliari's Old Town.

All rooms, and the apartment, are modern in design, comfortably furnished and the parquet flooring enhances the cosy atmosphere. The separate bathrooms are equipped with a lavatory, shower, bidet and hair dryer. Central heating, air-conditioning, unlimited hot water supply, flat screen TV and an Internet connection round out the attractive set up.

In the foyer, we have furthermore provided our guests with a Library, a communal refrigerator, microwave, computer (with Internet connection) and printer – all free-of-charge.

Children from babyhood to 3 years are welcomed free-of-charge. Upon request, we will gladly provide you with a crib or cot.

Italian breakfasts are served right next door (approx. 100 m) in the historical Antico Caffé, one of the city's most picturesque cafés. You can each order a caffè, cappuccino, caffèlatte etc. or juice, as well as pasta (sweet pastry) and one glass of water.

Services such as transfers from the ferry and yacht harbours, or airport, rental cars, dry-cleaning, babysitters and baggage check can be provided upon request, and at a surcharge.

In addition to Italian, we speak German, French and English.

In the immediate vicinity of N.3, you will find banks, post offices, bus stops, bars, restaurants, the pedestrian zone, the shopping district and a parking deck.

The most beautiful beaches of Golfo degli Angeli, with its famous beach "Poetto" and yacht harbour, are only 3 kilometres distance.

N.3, located in the heart of the Old Town, at the foot of the Bastione de Saint Remy, near the Piazza Costituzione, is the ideal starting point to explore Cagliari and experience its flair – both for those on business trips and tourists.

Tourist excursions such as trips on luxury sailing yachts to the secluded beaches and caves along the Sardinian coast can be organised upon request.
